职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare translations and conduct legal research;
2.Assist legal counsel with various legal activities such as corporate governance, contract drafting and review, FDI and M&A projects, IP trainings, compliance trainings and program, commercial legal work, litigation handling, etc.;
3.Maintain online contract management and legal fee payment system;
4.Provide new law updates to legal team;
5.Assist in maintaining day-to-day records, dockets and files in legal department;
6.Provide other professional and administrative support to legal counsels.

Basic Qualifications:
1.Holding a China law degree;
2.Good oral and written English;
3.Good communication skills;
4.Responsible, organized and team work;
5.Detail oriented, and efficient time management;
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) as well as IT skills. 举报 分享
