职位描述：
岗位职责：

Responsible for financial and management accounting

Able to lead and supervise Finance team Prepare management reports for management and corporate reporting

Perform financial analysis and review

Prepare cost of goods sold report?

Liaise with auditors on statutory audit and internal audit and ensure 100% compliance

Supervise and develop Finance staff

Prepare quarterly schedules for corporate reporting

Take lead in budgeting and cost control

Liaise with tax agent on China corporate income tax

Liaise with corporate finance group on financial issues

Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. leader

 

任职要求：

Bachelor Degree in accounting from a reputable University

At least 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting field and at least 5 years in the financial management role.

Comprehensive knowledge of finance and business management

Good working knowledge of financial laws and import & export regulations and procedures.

Good familiarity with taxation laws of foreign enterprises, business analysis, cost control, accounting and audit (SOX) standards, and corporate secretarial

Good experience in internal control and ensuring compliance with the legal/financial regulations

Must be familiar with SAP or other fully integrated ERP system

Analytical, independent, mature, self-motivated

Good interpersonal and supervising skills

Well-versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Able to read, understand, speak and write English fluently together with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, project management/planning/organizational and leadership skills.

Able to multitask and work in a fast, high-change, deadline-driven environment
