职位描述：
Job Purpose
The SQE will play an essential role in supplier quality process, mainly responsible for supplier quality assurance and system improvement in order to secure Coficab product quality meet customer requirement, reduce COPQ for the company

Key Areas of Responsibilities
1. Monitor of quality performance of raw material suppliers
2. Coordinate with quality setup appropriate level of incoming inspection control plan for raw materials
3. Communicate with supplier and validate of corrective and preventive actions from supplier
4. Initiate reclaim process to suppliers in case of NOK purchased parts found from production
5. Conduct supplier process annual audit and follow up corrective actions
6. Work together with sourcing engineer to achieve localization target
7. Outsourcing supplier daily operation on site management
8. Liase with central SQE lead drive raw material suppliers continuous improvement
9. Support Initial sample validation stage part quality issue resolution, follow up.
10. Other tasks as assigned by department manager
Knowledge & Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
2. More than 4 years professional experiences in Supplier Quality Assurance in Automotive industry, with cable production experiences will be a plus
3. Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Lean Manufacturing concepts
4. Rich experiences on supplier management
5. Good knowledge in ISO9000, TS16949, Six Sigma, VDA6.3 quality system, and be proficient in tools of quality control
6. Utilize 5-why, 8D report, good problem solving skills
7. Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers
