Key Purpose of Role: 主要目的
L+G are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our experienced finance team and provide high quality financial reporting & adhoc analysis directly to Finance Manager, CFO & other key business stakeholders.
A motivated self-starter as well as an ability to work independently is an absolute must for success within this role & prior experience within a manufacturing background is considered highly desirable.
An individual who displays high team spirit, good communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of responsibility who can work independently and under pressure.

Key responsibilities of the Role: 主要职责
1.Preparation of monthly OPEX reports and variance analysis to identify reasons for significant deviations between actual & budget.
2.Close coordination with other departments to analyse & control costs; including review of processes & identifying areas for improvement.
3.Understanding of PRC and US GAAP providing reporting assistance at month end including group reporting requirements to headquarters and back-up cover when required.
4.Preparation of monthly inventory reports and provision of detailed analysis to identify inventory trends, working together with supply chain team to identify actions to minimize inventory balances.
5.Preparation of monthly hedging forecast to reduce the hedging risk in advance.
6.Working closely with the business to understand performance, current issues and trends covering all aspects of profit & loss and balance sheet. Proactively helping the business to address issues or pursue potential opportunities
7.Preparation of various adhoc financial analyses as required from time to time to support ongoing business decisions.
8.Other requirements from the company or department as required.
9.Any other jobs assigned by Department and Company.

Requirement: 要求
1. 5 years’ or above experience in reporting, financial analysis or management acccounting in multinational corporations
2. Accounting major or similar
3. Excellent Excel, PPT, and other Microsoft office skills
4. Familiarity with SAP
5. Quick learner and attention to details
