职位描述：
? Assist the General Counsel – China on with legal, corporate governance and company secretarial matters in China.
? Develop close working relationships with businesses in China to provide timely and commercially orientated legal advice.
? Assist with the implementation in China of Legal policies, including the Code of Conduct, Weir Competition Manual and Commercial Manual.
? Identify, appoint and instruct external law firms as required.
? Identify opportunities for and provide legal training.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 3-5 year’s legal experience gained in a well-regarded law firm. Prior in-house experience highly desirable.
? Tertiary educated to degree level in Law.
? Experience working for a major international company or acting on behalf of such companies within a top-tier law firm.
? Experience working on complex international corporate and commercial transactions.
? Experience advising on strategic decisions, including acquisitions, regulatory, governance issues, legal and commercial risk, and complex litigation.
? Alignment with Company’s values and the Group Code of Conduct.
? Outstanding legal skills.
Language Skills:
? Very proficient in Mandarin and English.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
? Admitted to practice law in China with an unrestricted practising certificate.
