Responsibilities and tasks

Prepare necessary documentations for custom clearance of I & E

Contact to forwarder and custom broker to track I & E shipments

Arrange pick up date and tracking the delivery (export and domestic transportation)

Confirm B/L with forwarder and send the shipping documentations to consignee

Settle accounts with forwarder and confirm each item

Apply the I & E license or any other certificates according to the HS code of materials

Apply for CIQ official inspection according with strong knowledge of local customs & CIQ rules or policies (Like C/O, FORM E etc.)

Documentations and data management (including purchase, I& E)

Other tasks given by superior


Requirements:

College or bachelor degree

Major in foreign trade, international trade, Logistic, English etc.

More than 3 years relevant experience in foreign invested environment

Familiar with customs policies and regulations,

Experienced in international shipping processes

Good at oral and written English

Customs clearance certificate and CIQ certificate holder is preferred

Good experience for applying CIQ inspection certificate, C/O, FORM E is preferred

Responsible, proactive & persistent, paying attention to details.

Loyalty to the company, strictly follow company's rules and regulations

Good team work spirit
