Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as verbal communication, interpersonal organizational
Understanding of the stages throughout the recruitment process
Market knowledge in the manufacturing or food industry
Structured and planned working style
Team oriented
Detail oriented, excellent at articulating a company story, and able to produce interesting content
Creative mindset with strong sense of aesthetics;
Public speaking skills would be an advantage
