Our client with headquarters in Berg (Germany), is a market leading, innovative manufacturer of electromechanical components and control systems for the communication between humans and machines. Since 2008 our client has expanded its China operation with the establishment of a plant in Qingpu and an office with all management functions in Shanghai. With a headcount of 85 people our client is now building the hub for the Asia Pacific (APac) Region and has generated an annual sales revenue of more than RMB 70 million in 2014.

The dynamic growth of our client in China and the APac Region is expected to continue.

Our client is now seeking for a highly motivated and qualified KAM for PT (Public Transportation) Sector.


Responsibilities:


 - annual sales and profit planning, budget planning
 - fulfill the industry quarterly/ yearly sales turnover and profit targets
 - regularly F2F meeting or telcons for business reports
 - responsible for customer relationship/ partnership and on time payments
 - develop new industry customer and win new projects
 - understand customer needs, creating and finalizing product specification and quotation
 - closely team work with project team and project manager to catch up customer/ project requirement
 - team work with other departments for continue improvement process
 - cooperate with HQ industry sales team to harmonize sales activities to deal with global customers
 - visiting and attend industry fairs, understand industry technology trends
 - assist Marketing department for market information, e.g. industry/ product/ technology and competitor information ect.

Requirement:


 - Minimum 8 years working experience in railway industry and manufacturing firm, German company preferred;
 - Minimum 3 years experience in project management and account management;
 - deep sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and customer service consciousness;
 - good language and interpersonal communication, good business English, German is a plus;
 - positive thinking, self-motivated work, Can-Do attitude
 - Independent working, pressure-resistant
