职位描述：
1. Maintain SAP allocation cycles, update allocation keys according to planned order/sales data and relative company policies.
2. Ensure timely and in-depth business data analysis according to business needs, give valuable help based on analysis.
3. Quick analysis of Order, EBITA, SGA and AR from financial perspective to support business operation.
4. Complete routine data analysis (order, sales, margin, COGS, balance sheet) with high quality.
5. Complete monthly closing related works according to schedule.
6. Satisfy the needs internal and external stake holders, including senior management and auditor.
7. Business KPI review and performance reporting.
8. Rolling estimate preparation, including business line order intake, sales, indirect cost, and absorption variance. Communicate with Business management to ensure estimate data to be reasonable and attainable.
9. Balance sheet items checking, including order backlog, inventory, GL items, etc.
10. Regular follow up of spending.
11. Other Compliance checking and reporting works.
Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Finance major of 985/211 universities
2. About 6-8 years' experience in financial analysis, FP&A related works, good knowledge of PRC GAAP, general understanding of related statutory and tax regulations. MNC finance department or Big 4 audit firm experience is preferred
3. Experience with SAP ERP system is preferred.
4. Fluent English skills for communication in oral and written form.
5. Team player, result driven and good performer under pressure.
