职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer technical support, optimizing performance and solving interface issues at Powertrain System.
- Lead local technical discussions with customers and promote technical exchange between involved departments in China & Europe.
- Improve local technical expertise and gradually get involved at R&D tasks as elaborating technical documentation, FMEAs, validation tests, etc.
- Support activities for new product developments, communicating customer technical requirements and market needs.
- Implement customer required changes & cost saving measures.
- Achieve Project Milestones & Successful Product Launches with Customers.
- Build good cooperation with Customer Technical Departments.
- Coordinate activities to synchronize and improve R&D processes of Commercial Vehicles in China.
- Support Customer Warranty Claim analysis.
- Train & Share Product Technical Requirements with Production, Quality & Other Departments.

Requirements:
- Working experience at product development / technical customer support in automotive industry (5-10 years).
- Technical oriented, pro-active and team player.
- Familiar with commercial vehicle market in China (experience at OEs or Tier 1 suppliers).
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or related areas).
- Technical Know-how of Transmissions/Power Train Systems
- Written/Oral English communication.
- CAD SW (PRO-E or Catia, preferred).
- ISO TS16949, VDA6 & QS9000
- APQP Product Development Process (FMEA, PPAP, Customer Requirements, etc.)
- PC Basic Knowledge (MS Office, Database, etc.)
- Pneumatics, CAE & Engineering Materials are a plus. 举报 分享
