职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Participate in development policy and strategic plans of Taizhou site.
- Ensure that roles, responsibilities and reporting lines are clearly defined throughout the organisation, to assure a functionally independent quality unit.
- Ensure sufficiently trained resources with adequate product and process knowledge for execution of GMP/GDP obligations and on-going professional development to maintain proficiency.
- Ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system, product quality and GMP/GDP compliance through participation in management reviews and through advocating continual improvement.
- Lead QA function to build best practices for quality /compliance that meet regulatory requirement, customer expectation and deliver competitive advantage to business.
- Lead QA function to build reputation besides China and take more international roles.
- Implement talent development strategy in QA function to drive overall development of organization leadership.
- Lead development of QA strategy to proactively interact with regulatory authority and SFDA for business needs.
- Proactively interact with other QA functions within AZ to share best practices, learning and adoption of new ways of working.
- Proactively interact with related functions working under control of
GXPs in operation and marketing to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance across overall business.
- Lead and motivate function to achieve established goals and KPIs.
- Maintain overall responsibility for investment, cost and manpower budget planning and implementation in line with company goals.
- Recruit, select, train, appraise performance for reporting employees.
- Optimize the running economy, initiate improvements, cost-saving activities and increase working efficiency.
- As function head in specific to ensure Operation fulfill with GMP and AZ standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and drive down deviations, rejects, reworks, complaints, etc.

Requirements:

- At least university degree, licensed pharmacist, major in pharmaceutical or related subjects.
- Good GMP knowledge.
- Good pharmaceutical knowledge and quality system knowledge.
- Good management skill, communication skill, coordination skill.
- 10 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- 5 years of working experience on management position in multinational company.
- At least 5 years in management position in quality management.
- Good command of English.
- Good Computer skill.
- Good personality, hard-working, strong quality mind, strong service mind.
