- 设计和执行预防性维护和TPM内容

Designing and carrying out preventive maintenance and TPM activities

- 管理好维修间

Good management at workshop

- 快速响应生产线故障，列出，调查和解决设备突出的问题

Quick responding to the production line problems, listing, investigating and solving equipment outstanding issue

- 通过改进设备以提高设备可靠性和效率

To improve machine reliability and efficiency through some modifications on machine

2.降低维护成本，提供安全的维护服务 Cost effective, supplying safe maintenance services (15%)

- 管理外部维修服务资源

Managing external maintenance service resources

- 日常现场的巡视和技术支持，控制停机时间

Daily site inspecting & technical support to save downtime

- 管理好备件库存

Well managing spare parts stock

3.建立、维护与维修有关的系统，文件和标准操作流程

Generation and maintaining of maintenance’s system, document and SOP (15%)

- 建立和维护维修SOP，记录

Establishing and maintaining of maintenance SOP and record sheets

- 维修SOP的正确填写

Maintenance SOP right filling in

- 编写维修培训教材

Editing training maintenance material

- 指导操作人员正确操作设备

Guiding operators to run machine in suitable and correct way

4.项目期间 Project Period

- 制定设备FAT的计划并执行

Make and implement the FAT plan of equipment according to URS, process, FAT protocol and experiences.

- 制定设备安装过程中设备维修工程师的参与计划，进一步发现潜在的设备缺陷

Make the action plan for maintenance engineers for machines installation. Attend the whole process, to find and record deviations.

- 制定设备的SAT跟进计划，建立维护策略及体系及培训资料

Make the SAT plan for equipments, build the strategy and system of equipments maintenance, preparation for drafting maintenance SOP and conducting training to maintenance staff.

5.安全环境健康责任 SHE responsibilities (5%)

- 在日常工作中，落实SHE的政策标准，确保各项活动合乎当地法规(包括外包服务)

Implementation SHE Policy and Standards, ensuring compliance with local legislation at daily work（including outsourced service）

- 确保所有风险被识别且已采取预防措施(包括外包服务)

Ensuring all risks are identified and preventive actions are taken（including outsourced service）

Requirements:

1.机械或电气自动化专业本科或专科学历

Bachelor or college degree, major in mechanical or electrical automation field

熟悉固体制剂制粒工艺，设备和技术方案

Be familiar with formulation process, equipment and technology solution

2.生产设备的维修经验(气动/液压系统，机械传动，PLC，自控技术等）

Production equipment maintenance experience (pneumatic/hydraulic system, mechanical drive, PLC, automatic control technique etc)

执行全员生产维护和5S的技能

TPM and 5S implementation knowledge

3.5年以上维护工作经验，熟悉设备的运行原理及维修规程

Above 5 years maintaining experience, familiar with equipment operation principle and maintenance procedures

4.良好的英文读写能力（设备资料，图纸等）

Good English reading and writing skills (equipment documentation, drawing etc)

5.熟练使用微软办公软件

Good MS office software application skill

熟悉SAP PM模块的使用

Be familiar with SAP PM module application

具备CAD 软件使用，西门子触摸屏和S7-300 PLC软硬件维护的技能

AutoCAD, Siemens touch panel and S7-300 PLC software and hardware maintenance skills are prefer
