职位描述：

- Organisation :

o report to the General Manager

o functional report to the Purchase department of the headquarter in Belgium

o collaborate with the production manager (for quantities and planning requirements) and with the technical engineer (for audits, qualification and quality inspection)

- Assignments :

o Organize procurement of electrical components and mechanical parts for the assembly workshop

o Follow the suppliers and control the quality (indicators), the costs, the service level (lead time), within a partnership relation.

o Develop the panel of suppliers answering to the AS objectives (with support of the headquarter Purchase department)

o Launch RFQ and insure a efficient negotiation respecting the AS objectives and the technical specifications

o Insure that the subcontract agreements are followed by the suppliers

o Create and follow the purchase orders according the requirements from the production (quantities and delivery dates)

o Organize the supply chain for both ASC and other AS Group entities where required.

- Tasks :

o Communicate to the suppliers all (and only) needed information to execute the contract

o Manage the relation with the suppliers for all issues follow-up and settle improvement plan with the suppliers (with help of technical engineer for technical issues)

o Establish and follow the key performance indicators of the suppliers

o Update and maintain the database of the suppliers and procurement agreements

- Education & experience:

o Degree in purchasing and international logistics

o 5 years experience in procurement and logistics in international environment

- Skills :

o Good knowledge of English : speaking, reading, writing

o Good communication skill

o Use of ERP system

- Targets :

o Quality : insure that the suppliers follow the quality requirements

o Lead time : insure that the purchase orders are delivered on time

o Cost : control the cost of the procurement according the cost targets

- Guidelines provided by AS:

o First qualified suppliers and subcontracting agreements

o Plan of progressive qualification of additional local procurements

o Technical specifications and quality requirements
