- Organisation :
o report to the General Manager
o collaborate with the Business Support Manager (order intake, etc), Production Manager (for quantities and planning requirements) and with the Technical Engineer (for customization requirements, etc)
- Assignments :
o You are responsibility for the growth of sales in mainland China.
o Your mission is to create, develop, manage and maintain a network of distributors and to support them closely in the development of sales in China:
? Manage the existing distributor in Mainland China and support its growth in existing and new targeted Provinces and markets
? Approach new potential distributors in new provinces and new markets in Central and West China.
? Build market intelligence in the construction and access control markets in China.
? Approach architects and specifications offices to be aware of new projects and qualify AS products
? Be the distributor’s business partner and their key point of contact throughout the sales process
? Work closely in the development and the monitoring of their business development strategy, by providing operational support (technical advice, drafting of commercial offers, advice for tender documents, sales support, after- sales support, etc.), advice and tailor-made assistance.
? Establish a unique relationship based on mutual trust, knowledge and professionalism.
? Maintain close, personal follow-up with regular contacts and on site visits. Knowledge of Automatic Systems’ internal order processes and
good internal communication skills are key in order to provide successful support.
- Education & experience:
o You have a Master degree (or equivalent by experience).
You have a previous successful sales experience in the field of automated access control or in business development in China.
o You have experience in managing different distributors in China.
o You have an experience in working with European or western companies
- Skills :
o Good knowledge of English : speaking, reading, writing
o Good communication skill
o Use of ERP system
- Targets :
o Manage & Support Distributors
o Marketing Plan China
o Increase sales
o Secure and maintain the database for projects in the pipeline / forecasting
- Guidelines provided by AS:
o AS commercial agreements and pricing strategy
o Marketing Plan format
o Marketing tools for promotion
