Job summary and key objectives
Responsible for the manufacturing and repair and the quality relationships with customers and ISO quality organizations. Responsible for analyzing the work environment, procedures, processes to control, eliminate, and prevent occupational disease and/or injury. Assure continuous improvement in quality, efficiency and productivity through process improvement and training.

Role priorities
? Management Representative and is responsible for Management Review meetings
? Responsible for ensure compliance with ISO9001 (Quality) standards of the organization.
? Responsible for maintaining the quality manual and policies of the organization.
? Perform audits and ensure that audits are conducted in the appropriate areas and at the required frequency
? Supervise the plant quality technician and warranty analyst
? Conduct defect analysis; weekly, monthly and devise methods to eliminate or reduce
? Responsible for conducting the Management Review and maintaining the document control
? Perform quality testing and generate the required reports
? Perform autopsies on warranty returns
? Support production in analyzing problems relating to the product and equipment
? Maintaining effective audit and CAR systems to continuously improve operating systems
? Analyzes the work environment and imports/develops procedures, processes, and training programs
? Control, eliminate, and prevent occupational disease and/or injury
? Investigate incidents and non-compliance events to determine contributing factors and recommend remedial action to prevent reoccurrence
? Conducts field and site inspections to evaluate and support adherence to laws, regulations and employer policies governing occupational health and safety compliance
? Execute lean vision and strategy to deliver continuous improvement, culture transformation, waste reduction and/or cost savings.
? Track and report key metrics on lean activities throughout the plant.
? Evaluate and implement processes to improve quality, productivity and cost savings.
? establishing procedures and associated training programs

Education & Work experience
? Four Year College Degree required
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment
? 3-5 years of successful Continuous Process Improvement experience

Skills
? Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role
