Responsibilities:
1. Manage finance department and coordinate development of staff including training needs;
2. Responsible for all finance related matters including company registration;
3. Supply financial data for management and HQ, assure timely and accurate;
4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
5. Coordinate with the HQ and other regional offices of the company, close contact with HQ on any issues relate to legal, tax and financial issues, review and transfer any documents on before mentioned issues to HQ;
6. Responsible for cost calculation, accounting, annual budget and forecast the cash flow precisely;
7. Responsible for the audit function and how to cooperate with outside auditors;
8. Set up and manage internal ERP system;
9. Communicat with relative government, such as tax bureau, custom, bank and etc.;
10. Take charge of controlling and manage company risk;
11. Work assigned by MD and HQ.
Requirements:
- Bachelor and above in accounting or finance;
- More than 7 years working experience in the related position of foreign corporation, minimum 5 years in Management position;
- Excellent English skills, verbal & written, German if possible;
- Familiar with office & ERP software;
- Knowledge of national finance and tax laws and regulations;
- Organizational and Managerial skills;
- Strong abilities to judge, analyse, costs control and problem-solving;
- Good communication, coordination, accuracy and good team player with initiative;
- Ethical conduct, reliable, independent & responsible character;
- Accounting certificate.
