职位描述：
- Organisation :
o report to the Quality Manager
o Interacts with others departments, customers, and suppliers.

- Assignments :
o Supplier quality assurance
o Technical support towards customers
o Control the quality of incoming parts from the suppliers
o Verify the conformity according the requirements
o Proceed internal inspection on the assembly line
o Troubleshooting at expert level to support production and customers
o Prepared to be on business trip

- Education & experience:
o Technical degree in mechanics and / or automation
o At least 5 years’ experience in quality or engineering dpt.

- Skills :
o Assertive & pro-active attitude towards clients and suppliers.
o Shows ownership of problems, and leadership to solve them.
o Flexible and capable of making correctly priority planning.
o Know the quality inspection standard operating procedures (simple sampling plan, etc)
o Can read technical drawings and understand the critical dimensions and tolerances.
o Can work carefully and patiently.
o Knowledge of English is preferred.
o Can use an ERP system is an asset.

- Targets :
o Secure the different roles of both Quality control and Technical troubleshooting both inside the company and to customers and suppliers.

- Other tasks :
o Supplier KpI’s (QC-in) and QC-out KpI.
o Record properly the non-conformities
o Sort out properly the parts in quarantine, separating the rejected parts
o Insure the traceability of the parts after inspection
o Respect the employee handbook and the instructions from the quality manager
