职位描述：
1. 掌握必要的自动化知识，能熟练运用编程软件对西门子，三菱，欧姆龙等PLC进行编程；
Some necessary knowledge of automation, able to skillfully use programming software to program Siwmens,Mitsubishi,Omron PLC;
2. 每日巡检，做好设备预防性维修工作；对设备使用，保养，维修及正确操作等情况进行调查了解，并形成报告；
Doing a good patral every day to monitor all equipment in good condition and correct operation plan and fix the problem immediately if find. Double check all the works have been done according to the check lists and the records have been done properly;
3. 跟踪检查每日维修日常工作，及时关闭工单；
Check all tasks have been followed and closed on time;
4. 负责维修文档的记录和管理；
Managing and executing the maintenance documentation/record;
5. 维修备件的申请，台账的建立及库位跟踪和技术支持；
Request of spare parts, update the list, monitor the storage and technical support;
6. 制定和跟新设备安全规程，巡检指导书和维护计划等；
Drawing up and updating equipments safety operation regulation,routing inspection instruction,maintenance plan etc;
7.设备故障分析，编写内部培训文档和实施改进；
Equipment failure analysis,writing training document and implement improvement;
8.支持设备和设施的安装和调试；
Providing support for equipment & facility installation & setup;
9.配合技术部改进设备性能，制定解决方案，比如纠错措施和自动化改进；
Improving machine performance with Technical department, draw up the technical solution,such as poka-yoka,automatic issue;
10. 参与新设备的最终验收工作
Participating in final inspections of new machinery;
11.上级交办的其他工作
Other relevant tasks arranged by manager.


其他要求：
1.能熟练运用编程软件S7-200，S7-300，三菱PLC进行编程和调试；
2.具有电工证
3.对自动流水线设备2年以上工作经验优先考虑。 举报 分享
