1.在不同的项目中开展项目采购的流程，包括开发供应商、资质审核、询价、商务谈判、合同签署、年降和VAVE等。 Manage buyers, manage purchasing process for different projects, including sourcing, pre-qualification,RFQ, commercial negotiation, contract/PO signing, expediting, change order, cost control, shop performance test, invoice and payment, warranty.
2.与其他部门合作，完成采购工作，并满足生产需求。 Cooperate with all related departments for the production components purchasing activities and fulfill the requirements
3.建立并管理供应商开发体系,供应商问题的日常整改，定期进行供应商审核。 Build and manage the company’s procurement system, and for equipment/component/material vendors, improve the supplier's issue, regularly audit the supplier.
4.成本控制；采购风险防范；供货过程中各类问题的协调解决。 Cost control, and Purchasing risk detective and Trouble shooter
任职要求：
1.文化程度：本科以上学历, 最好有工程类背景 Education: bachelor degree or above, best engineering background;
2.3~5年汽车零部件行业零件采购经验。 3 to 5 years experience in automobile part manufacturing field.
3.外语能力优秀(英语/汉语) Excellent bilingual language skills (English/Chinese)
4.熟练使用普通办公软件 Familiar with MS office software
5.熟悉采购流程，最好有项目采购和一般采购的经历。 Work experience of 3 years in automotive industry， especially in project or normal purchasing field.
6.良好的协调和谈判能力，并能承担工作压力。 Great coordinate ability and negotiate ability, can work under pressure
