Job Description

Herrmann Ultrasonics (Taicang) Co. Ltd.

Position: Service technician / Application Engineer

Responsibility:
Customer service by telephone or on site

Responsible for our customers across Asia (China, Singapore, Malaysia…)

Support of the sales engineers and solve ultrasonic welding application

Particular tasks:
Answer technical service calls from customers

Service visits to customers

Demonstration of ultrasonic welding machines

Support applications work in the plastics laboratory

Support of the sales engineers

Pre-acceptance and final acceptance of machines

Travel and service on site.

Skills:

Technical mechanical or electrical background

Good English skills

Easy understanding of complexes tasks

Knowledge in CAD desired

Chinese driver’s license

Ideal profile of applicant:

Residence: in Taicang

Education: technical education as engineer

Foreign languages: English

Experience (desirable but not fully required):

technical experience in branches like control technique, pneumatics, machine-building

Personality:

Honest, open, self engaged, interest in new technologies, ability to cope with a heavy

workload, sympathy, flexible, suitable for our team, good communication.
