职位描述：
主要岗位职责：
1. 编写电机产品的测试计划，定义测试流程及具体测试指标；
2. 负责电机产品的测试方法和测试作业指导书的起草、制定和完善；
3. 协助前期工艺部门，编写工艺文件，PFMEA、作业指导书、流程图和工艺布局图等；
4. 协调组织缺陷电机产品的测试分析；
5. 负责现有测试设备的优化改进；
6. 负责电机及转子性能测试设备的程序优化；

知识技能要求：

1. 机电类专业本科或以上学历，
2. 专注汽车电机测试，开发工作3年以上经验；
3. 掌握汽车电子通信协议（ CAN和LIN协议）
4. 具有基本的C或C++编程基础
5. 具备Labview编程能力
6. 熟练使用相关测试仪器设备（例如，示波器，信号发生器和万用表）
7. 英语口语熟练、书面交流能力；
