职位描述：
1) Identify, coordinate and execute Lean initiatives
2) Lead process improvement and optimization
3) Supervise staff in the product department
4) Develop and execute sourcing strategy
5) Assist with the development of policy and procedures for the product department
6) Develop process improvements for product team through better vendor management and cost reduction
7) Be an expert in product categories;
8) Follow-up and expedite orders for new items with buyer team;
9) Assists Quality team to perform supplier quality assurance audits for assigned new suppliers;
10) Support General Manager to manage the team for efficient job performance.
11) Good team-work intention, good communication with staff.
