2. Responsible for the installation works on site for the projects assigned to him/her and all tasks related to the successful completion of our construction sites as well as the whole project management.

3. Short-term traveling the various site around mainland China and beyond.
能在中国大陆或其他地方短期出差。
4. Communicate with customers etc.

Description of Tasks职责描述：
1. Advising on the number of installation workers/teams needed for the timely completion of the construction site.
与施工队沟通并准备项目计划，施工人数等。
2. As preparation study the drawings, the contract and other documents having an influence on the on-site organization and conditions.
在准备和熟悉平面图的过程中，合同和其它文件会对组织工作和现场情况产生影响。
3. Responsible for the assembly and control of relevant documents from the installation teams.
负责收集和管理来自施工队的相关文件。
4. Organization of the installation team.
管理施工队伍。
5. Assuring the quality of installations.
保证安装质量。
6. Assuring that deadlines are met.
保证在期限内完成。
7. Check the quality at the building site.
在建筑工地上检查质量。
8. Control of costs.
成本控制。

任职要求:
施工管理、工程、建筑等相关专业本科或以上学历。
至少三年以上外资公司相关工作经验。
掌握基本的英语。
有团队合作精神，能面对工作压力并且妥当处理紧急事件。
