Sales Project/Application Manager (Excavator)

The Sales Project Manager is the responsible of the commercial activities and development of his assigned range of products and directly responds to the Sales Director.

Job Description:

· Analyze the market and develop new range of applications.

· Search and contact new possible customers.

· Introduce to the customers all range of products and promote our brand and activities.

· Cooperate with customers to analyze the technical requests in detail.

· Cooperate with PMP Technical Department to adjust our products in base of the market demand and customers requirements.

· Provide to the Sales Director (SD) monthly report with the projects development.

· Follow step by step and coordinate all the phases during the startup of new projects until project successful.

· Cooperate with Sales Director (SD) and all the Area Sales Managers (ASM) to organize the activities of the sales man.

· Constantly monitor the progress and development of the projects.

· Provide to the Sales Director (SD) weekly report of the progress of the projects.

Requirements:

· Between 28 and 40 years of age.

· Bachelor or above, major in engineering, mechanical or related major.

· At least 5 years working experience in industrial sales, prefer those with experience in construction equipment.

· Be familiar with the structure and performance of excavators, crawler cranes, rotary drill rig and construction machinery products, full access to domestic and foreign construction machinery technology and technology development, technical creative ability.

· Have excellent leadership, team management, good coordination and communication ability, and a good grasp of global capacity.
