The tasks entrusted to the Project/Production Manager are to:

· Participate in variant motor development projects. Key Tasks Leads motor competencies center team, employee development.

· Supports motor modification, support on motor quality issues.

· Be responsible of motor performance test & motor release.

· Develops motors in product development projects.

· Prioritizes running projects, Evaluates feasibility and economical figures.

· Cooperates with purchasing and supplier development.

· In charge of production quantity/quality.

· Experienced in management of high volume manufacturing operation.

· Take responsibility for employees, equipment, production processes, order and cleanness, deliveries, quality, production costs.

· Management and guidance of the subordinated employees / co-workers.

· Planning and implementation of training programs.

· Confirm and implement production plan together with planning department.

· Continuously improve the working procedure and arrangement, make best use of and improve the

production system

· Enhance the production efficiency and reduce production cost

Requirements/Qualification:

● Degree or above in Engineering / Manufacturing Management or related disciplines

● Strong theoretical background on electromotor, leading experience.

● Experience in motor design.

● Good analysis and judgment, solving problem ability, be able to solve urgent problems that happen suddenly.

● Strong management abilities, excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills

● Very good English in oral (min level 6) and writing, communicative personality.

● Serious and trustworthy working attitude, self-motivated, team work spirit, open-mind.

● Must be good at working under pressure
