1、 物流或供应链管理方面本科或以上学历；
2、 5年以上物料计划相关经验，2年物料计划管理岗位经验；
3、 较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，熟练使用基本的办公管理软件和ERP（QAD）软件；
4、 较强的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
5、 流利的英语口语和书面沟通能力。

职位职责：

1、 确保在预算内保证供应商交付的及时性和准确性；
2、 每月递交物料计划部门相关的绩效考核数据和报告，并制定和跟踪改善措施；
3、 每月更新维护物料在系统中的相关主数据，设置合理的安全库存；
4、 物料计划部门的人员日常管理工作，绩效制定和考核；
5、 在保证客户交付的前提下，加快库存周转次数并且将呆滞库存降到最低；
6、 部门领导交代的其他事项。
