职位Position: 高级产品工程师Senior Product Engineer ( 钣金行业)

任职要求Qualification Requirements:
College degree or above, 3 years or above product engineer or tooling engineer related experience, experience in sheet metal bending or stamping process, experience with CNC laser cutting, turning, milling and bending operations.
机械类专业大专或以上学历，三年以上产品工程师或模具工程师相关经验， 从事过冲压或钣金折弯行业，接触过数控激光切割/折弯机/车床/铣床等机加工设备。
Experience with CNC and programming and/or drawing import an advantage
有着数控编程和图形输入的相关经验
Experience with non ferrous metal oprations like alumnium, stainless steel and brass
有着铝板加工，或不锈钢板加工的相关经验优先
Can use OFFICE software
能使用OFFICE办公软件
Capable to use AUTOCAD and related 3D software to make 2D drawing
可熟练使用Autocad 和相关3D软件生成2D图档.
Good communication skills including mandarin and english ,Can good read and understand technical requirement for customer english drawing
良好的普通话及英语沟通技能，可读懂并理解英文图档中的技术要求.
Excellent analyze and problem solving skills to those regarding product, process, and tooling
优秀的分析和解决有关产品/工艺/模具的问题的能力
Self-motivated, intelligent
能够自发的工作，积极勤奋

工作职责Responsibilities:
Translate customer drawing to internal drawing, and prepare drawing for each process
把客户的图纸转换成内部图纸，为各工艺制作工艺图纸
Communicate with customer for product and packing drawing, spec related issues
就产品和包装图纸及规格问题和客户进行沟通
Design and upgrade package according to customer's specification
根据客户的规格要求设计和更新产品的包装
Review production order for effective processing
审核生产工艺卡以确保有效的生产
Control documents relative with product and tooling
管控产品和模具的相关文件资料
Tooling & die maintenance and development
工具/模具的维护和开发
Make recommendation for process improvement
关于工艺改善和提升，提供有价值的建议
Other duties signed by supervisor
