职位描述
1. 自动化，机械及相关本科以上学历；
2. 良好的英语口语及书写能力；
3. 至少四年在生产管理经验，熟悉生产，质量，人员管理；
4. 熟悉电机生产工艺；
5. 熟悉电脑操作，特别是AutoCAD软件；
岗位职责：
1. 负责工厂日常生产管理，安全等；
2. 负责排产，计划，保证及时准确地生产出合格品；
3. 持续完善和改善生产部门管理和流程；
4. 管理和督导生产部；
5. 与销售和质检部分协作，及时解决日常问题；
6. 工具设备的维护和管理；
7. 根据质检部门要求，持续改善品质和生产工艺；
8. ERP系统日常维护
9. 设备工装的日常管理与维护
10. 上级主管的其他工作安排
Job Qualification：
1. Bachelor or above, the major is Automation or Mechanical;
2. Good English writing and oral
3. At least 4 years working experience in international manufacture company, good experience for production management, people management, quality controlling
4. Very good knowledge for motor manufacture experience
5. Good computer skill, especially Auto CAD software
6. Good leadership with organization and coordination, communication, analysis skills
Job Responsibilities:
1. Being responsible for safety and environmental management in the production department, managing personnel and daily work;
2. Overseeing the production process and a production schedule and making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
3. Improvement and innovation of Production Dept.
4. Supervising and motivating production team, reviewing the performance of subordinates, negotiating, summarizing and identifying training needs
5. Complaint handling, Problem solving in site together with sales and quality Dept.
6. Tool designing and drawing maintenance
7. Quality problem solving and improvement in production
8. Scalar system maintenance for production data
9. Machine maintenance together with Equipment dept.
10. Other jobs from the manager
