Job Duties

Strategic:
1. Responsible for profit and loss of production department
2. Manage a small team of assembly workers
3. Develop supplier network to speed up the localization processes
4. Lower the inventory turns to increase cash position
5. Establish an organization to meet customer delivery dates with outstanding quality control

Localization:
1. Define Supplier Assessment Qualification Procedure and implement for each part to be localized
2. Work with purchasing department to define and implementation localization schedule
3. Ensure the good received are up to the quality standard
4. Reduce the purchasing cost year over year

Quality Control:
1. Establish vendor quality control system at the supplier
2. Establish incoming quality control procedures and monitor
3. Establish outgoing quality control procedures and monitor

Assembly:
1. Hire, Train and Maintain a strong team of assembly workers
2. Establish critical path analysis for assembly work
3. Establish production plan
4. Ensure the procedures of assembly is clearly followed
5. Ensure safety practices are followed in assembly floor

Inventory Management:
1. Ensure our inventory can make the production and customers’ demand
2. Ensure no overstocking
3. Report slow moving items
