Job Responsibility:
Be accountable for category growth and business performance in key customer, via category and promotion planning, business performance tracking, and innovative business proposal.
Effectively manage resource and maximise mutual benefits for both key customer and deliver joint
business targets.
Manage the business relationship and long term partnership with key customer.
Ensure flawless innovation and activity implementation in key customer.
Be responsible to develop customer and shopper centric plans.
Drives the preparation of channel and account specific sales strategy and business plans
Grow existing business through selling and landing targeted products and retail promotions that build the brand across housewares channels
Presents fact based data and business growth ideas to accounts and internal teams to inspire future development of products and programs for the channels and customers
Prepare and calendar promotional opportunities to meet or exceed sales plans

Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years working experience in sales environment of household company; Related key customer management experiences (Metro, Wal-mart, Carrefour etc.)
Solid experience on KA operation and headquarter negotiation Good understanding of Channel and Leading retailer customers (i.e. Metro, Wal-Mart);
Excellent communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skill;
Proven ability to set direction, advocate for and grow a channel and account base
In-depth knowledge of the housewares marketplace and key relationships
Quick Learner;
Good English and Presentation skill;
Good understanding on how to transfer shopper insight into customer category plan;
