MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责:

1.Implement energy saving continue improvement; 执行能源节约改善行动
2.Establish and implement Preventive Maintenance plans to ensure all facilities in plant are in good condition and meet autoneum standards and local regulatory requirements. 建立和实施预防性维护保养计划,确保所有工厂设施良好的运行以满足欧拓的标准和太仓工厂的要求
3.Prepare and implement the TPM system 准备并执行TPM系统
4.Process&production effiency maximize through improvement of construction,equipment lay-out 通过各种建设改进和设备布局使工艺和生产效率得到最大化效用
5.Analyzing of machine failure and taking actions ;设备故障趋势分析和改善
6.Responsible for spare parts list of all kinds of machines;control and manage the spare parts,indentify the important accessory,keep the right storage and control accessory issue; 负责建立各类型设备的备品备件清单;控制和管理备品备件,识别重要部件,保持合理库存及控制备件发放
7.Utility&building:production support through all kinds of utilities(electricity,coolingtower,air pressure,gas,water service,boiler) 各种支持生产性的维修(电,冷却水,气压,天然气,水,锅炉)
8.Project management,ensure contractor action or behaviors in compliance with EHS and quality requirements;daily management of the EHS in the dominative area,observe subordinates deviation report and change. 确保承包商的行为符合EHS和质量要求,辖区内日常的健康安全环保管理,监督下属背离事件并监督
9.Supporting to improve production line and instrumental of work place; 协助完成生产线及工位器具的改造善，大力推6S活动
10.Responsible for APS(autoneum production system) implementation at maintenance department 负责APS在设备维修部的维护和实施
11.Manage and lead mainteance team;Set clear targets for subordinates, motivate and coach subordinates to achieve satisfactor performance. 领导和管理维修团队,设定团队清晰的目标,激励和培训下属以达到高绩效表现
12.Support development and implementation of Capex growth projects 固定资产开发和实施的支持
13.Work closely with HQ equipment engineer to finish installation,debugging,validation of equipments 与总部设备工程师共同协作完成设备的安装,调试和验收
14.Other tasks assigned by plant manager. 完成其他上级交待的任务。

Remarks: This postion currently directly reports to general manager. 备注：该职位当前直接向工厂总经理汇报

PERSON REQUIREMENT（任职资格）
1. 本科学历，机械或电气专业University graduate major in mechanical or electric engineering

2. 5年以上相关工作经验Over 5-year relevant working experiences

3. 具有较强机械设备或电气专业知识 Good professional mechanical or electrical knowledge
4. 熟悉设备管理工作Familiar with equipment management
5. 安全意识强，具备发现和应急处置设备安全隐患Strong safety sense and able to find and deal with the emergent incident about equipment
