职位描述
? Develop new business, coordinate sales activities to reach sales target and goals;
? Build up pricing strategies market price /price ladder
? Make detailed sales cost analysis regarding the marketing activities and controls expenses to meet budget guidelines;
? Sales Budget’s process management
? RFQ’s process management, coordinating - for all activities requested to RFQ issue - the break-down cost analysis with all the other existing departments involved (Purchase / Engineering / Manufacturing / Quality / Logistic)
? Coordinate with other existing departments in factory to implement the clients needs.
? Forecasts accurately according to customers frequency (i.e. weekly/ monthly basis) to coordinate production schedules and insure timely delivery of products
? Arranging pre and post sale support and conducting seminars, exhibition.
? Forward actions planning, customers visit and monthly summary reports
? To guarantee the activities related to Project Development, industrialization and the meeting of the competence program , are aligned according the TIME TARGETS (APQP) and the ECONOMICAL TARGETS of the project. He is responsible for APQP and DEVELOPMENT TIMING PLAN.
? Represents the Company interface towards the Customer, guarantee the link with all Company functions involved in the Project Development.
? To manage in cooperation with Project Manager, the collection of all technical informations that are necessary to meet the PROJECTS TARGETS.
? To ensure the activities’ coordination of the INTERFUNCITONAL TEAM and systematically during the meeting held the editing and the update of the meeting minutes;
? To guarantee the follow up of the activities and the constant matching and aligning between project and processes documentation taking care with particular attention at the management of modifications.
? To monitor the VALIDATION PLAN in cooperation with Purchasing/Quality/Logistic Dept. internally and at externally with lab testing and at Customer too for the testing of Customer competences.
? To manage the internal and external budget for the project development
? To monitor eventually differences of product costs compared with work breakdown structure issued in pre-quotation phases
? To guarantee for the competence area, the correct implementation of ISO/TS Quality System
? Directly report to CEO(Italy)
