Position Objective:
To make good quality control on our products in order to improve the brand quality.

Position Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform on-site PP meeting and quality inspection. SMS, in-line and final inspection;
2.Prepare &submit various inspection reports as per Amer Sports requirement timely.And to provide other data & information regarding quality issues to QC supervisor/manager to support their factory quality evaluation work;
3. Following up and on-site tracking of WIP in order to work with PPP team to ensure delivery on time;

Essential Duties:
1.Implement quality control procedures to each quality standard&coordinate action plans with central quality manager;
2.Review samples, size run and make suggestion and recommendation with quality manager and production partners inorder to ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained throughout the production processes;
3. Use the project schedule and production calendar to ensure that all deadlines are met.;
4. Witness stock take when necessary;
5. Prepare & submit various inspection records & reports as per Amer Sports policy, procedure and template;
6.Update quality control master files/reports/database (e.g. running change) and to maintain necessary documentation systematically.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Computer literate; MS office;
2. Good knowledge in fabric, garment sewing, taping, gluing , printing & embroidery;
3. Experience of following up the production schedule.

Desired Working experience:
1. At least 2~3 years QC experiences in industrial of garment, especially for outdoor apparel;
2. Could read and write English; Good oral English is an advantage;
3. Customer service oriented; responsible, honesty & independent at work;
4. Open-minded with good interpersonal & communication skills;
5. Willing to travel various factory locations;
6. Previous experience working in outdoor garment factory or outdoor apparel brand is an advantage;

Minimum Educational Requirements:
1. At least high school,College degree is preferred;
2. Major on garment or textile is preferred.
