Position Description
This new position of Finance Manager for Promens Taicang is a great opportunity for individuals that desire to develop themselves to actively participate in Promens’s new Global growth strategy. The plant´s location is in Taicang, Jiangsu province (30 min from Shanghai). Reporting to the GM of Promens Taicang, the Finance manager provides financial and business leadership of our China manufacture Operation. This role supports the GM of Taicang manufacturing by providing financial measurements and reporting system to manage our current factory to meet our objectives. Also he/she will have to provide support on new or potential investments within the region such as factory expansion, NPI and localization.).
Qualifications
The Finance Manager should preferably have at least 10+ years of working experience, with at least five years in a management position. Other qualifications include:
- Manufacturing financial experience including costing accounting & efficiency
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on taxes
- Familiar with Hyperion preferred
- Be able to work independently and possess strong analysis and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Major in commerce or accounting, overseas educational background preferred
- CPA or MBA is preferred
- Working experience with multinational preferred
- Strong understanding of business
- Long-term commitment
- Confidence/Assertiveness: Strong influencing skills across business functions

- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
- Multi-task ability
- Organized and disciplined
- Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
