Project- Engineering- & Technical Supervisor/Manager

Reporting to:
Factory Manager.

Start date:
March/April 2014

Location:
Jiangsu, Taicang, Shaxi

Main duties and responsibility:
1. Manage and supervise Engineering/Technical Department of our factories in Taicang.
2. Technical and Engineering support to sales Engineers.
3. Oversea a team of production Engineers and Sales Engineers – Sales only technically.
4. Communicate with clients in China and overseas in English and Chinese.

Products covered:
Products in Stainless steel and Aluminum, sheet metal bending, stamping, prefer experience with CNC laser cutting, TIG welding and CNC bending operations.

Personality:
Detailed and careful. Intelligent and passionate. Energetic and self driver. Passion for technical area. Interested in learning.

Education:
Mechanical Engineers, Materials Engineers, B.Sc or M.Sc. with minimum 5 years supervisor or manager experience and 10 years general Engineering experience.
English level needs to be very good as communicating to GM who is English speaking only and coordination clients overseas.
