Tasks / Responsibilities:

1. Keep contacts and build good relationship with existing and potential customers by often visiting. Explore sales chance and understand customer needs and requirements.

2. Execution of sales activities such as receiving RFQ, making cost calculation and quotation

3. Making sales forecast and sales report.

4. Collect market and competitors' information, make market analysis together with Sales manager

5. Working closely with project management team and production department to smoothly launch new programs.

职责描述:

1. 能经常拜访现有与潜在客户，及时了解客户反馈与需求，寻求销售机会

2. 处理日常客户询价，成本计算与报价

3. 编制销售预算与销售报告

4. 了解市场变化、收集竞争对手情况，及时汇报销售部经理并一起分析市场与调研

5. 及时与相关部门沟通、确保新项目产品的落实与实施

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in Engineering will be plus.

2. Excellent in spoken and written English, 2^nd foreign language as Japanese or German will be a plus

3. Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive industry in technical sales.

4. Experiences on plastic or metal forming are desirable.

5. Good understanding on quality management system ISO/TS 16949 and demonstrated experiences on OEM’s and Tier1’s customer’s requirements

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

7. Strong Presentation and Communication Skills, willing to travel often

任职要求:

1. 大专以上学历，机械制造相关专业

2. 良好的英语口语与书写能力，能与外方客户流利地沟通，会德语或日语优先。

3. 至少5年以上汽车零部件行业销售经验

4. 有金属成形或塑料成形经验的优先

5. 熟悉质量管理体系ISO/TS 16949，了解OEM和Tier1的客户要求

6. 熟悉操作系统与SAP

7. 性格外向、开朗，具有很强的表现能力与沟通技巧，能经常出差。
