1.向总经理汇报,间接向亚洲总部(在比利时)的销售经理汇报,积极加强国际销售部的业务量,负责在中国大陆销售的增长。

2. 创建、开发、管理和维护网络分销商,密切支持他们在中国销售的发展:

> 管理在中国大陆现有的经销商,发展新的目标省份和市场,支持业务持续增长;

> 发掘潜在的在中国中部和西部省份的新市场的经销商;

> 建立市场情报,在中国建设和访问/控制市场;

> 多接触流程工艺,了解公司新项目和符合质量的产品;

> 是分销商的商业伙伴,是在整个销售过程中他们唯一的接触点;

> 密切合作发展和监测战略,通过提供业务支持(技术建议,起草商业报价,提供销售支持,在线销售支持等等),建立特制的援助;

> 在相互信任的基础上建立一个独特的关系,具备专业的业务知识和钻研精神;

> 保持密切的个人后续定期联系和网站访问。有系统内部订单流程的知识和良好的内部沟通能力是关键, 以便提供成功的支持。

Reporting to the General Manager and with an indirect line to the Asia Sales Manager in our HQ in Belgium,
Actively strengthen the International Sales Department,with the responsibility for the growth of sales in mainland China.
> Manage the existing distributor in Mainland China and support its growth in existing and new targeted Provinces and markets.
> Approach new potential distributors in new provinces and new markets in Central and West China.
> Build market intelligence in the construction and access control markets in China.
> Approach architects and specifications offices to be aware of new projects and qualify AS products
> Be the distributors business partner and their sole point of contact throughout the sales process
> Work closely in the development and the monitoring of their business development strategy, by providing operational support (technical advice, drafting of commercial offers,sales support,after-sales support,etc.), advice and tailor-made assistance.
> Establish a unique relationship based on mutual trust, knowledge and professionalism.
> Maintain close, personal follow-up with regular contacts and on site visits. Knowledge of Automatic Systems' internal order processes and good internal communication skills are key in order to provide successful support
