职位描述
Responsibilities
? devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
? reviewing customer quality requirements and ensuring that they are met;
? working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
? setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
? making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards;
? defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
? dealing with all quality complains internal and external
? setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
? monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
? managing all the company quality systems, such as ISO9000, TS16949, IS014000 etc.
? evaluating all staff’s performance in quality department
Education and Experience
? usually require a bachelor's degree – major in engineering, technology and so on
? knowledge of quality management, system and standards
? knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
? knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
? computer skills, especially word, excel and PPT
? good English speaking and writing
