Major Responsibilities:
1. Formulates and administers policies and procedures to enhance quality across all functions.
2. Works with line managers to define and agree a quality improvement strategy, which delivers financial benefits to a defined area of the business.
3. Identifies areas of improvement through the analysis of warranty issues, internal audit and customer complaints.
4. At senior level, responsible for the development of a Quality team, building capability and enhancing performance.
5. May be involved either in operational quality control or in quality assurance, i.e. anticipation of regulations and standards to be imposed in the future before main-line production.

Key Competencies:
1. Solid knowledge about quality circle and manufacturing quality control.
2. Good knowledge and understanding of ISO9000 & ISO/TS16949.
3. Skilled on quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc.;
4. Good communication skill in local language and English.
5. Good coordination/Good teamwork.
6. Good problem solving ability.
7. Good people/team management capability.
8. Result- oriented and customer oriented.

Education and Experience:
1. More than 10 years working experience in focused functional areas, and at least 5 years management experience.
2. Mechanical industry is preferred
3. Bachelor degree or above, with the mechanical or material management education background
