主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
1.Assists Logistics and Planning Supervisor on all production planning issues
－Schedules deliveries and keeps record
－Compiles daily production plan for the factory
－Inputs and records figures into computer to generate production reports
－In-charge of the system of Alpla basis, planning and report
－Make production order on time
2.Communicates with production department
－Deliveries arrangement
－Production plan
－Sampling request
－Attends planning meetings with customers
3.Communicates with warehouse
－Warehouse space arrangement for finished goods
－New project coordination
－Schedules
－Ensures material availability with material planner
－Production plan arrangement
4.Arranges material shipments according to production plans
－Ensures adequate finished goods are in warehouse to supply to customer
－Tracing the deliveries and forwarder’s service level.
－Make safety stock according to the forecast
5.Finishes other assignments instructed by Logistics and Planning Manager.
资格要求（Qualifications）：
－University Degree in related field or equivalent
－5 years of work experience in the same role

资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
－Good computer literacy
－Good numerical skills
－Very strong organizational/troubleshooting/time management skills
－Cooperative, able to work under tight schedule
－Sense of ownership
