Tasks
Perform and lead project planning for all ongoing projects in the organization.
Perform weekly meetings internally to update project status and timeline.
Perform weekly project reports to clients.
Perform internal interface between departments for communication.
Perform budget tracking on labour and material cost for all projects.
Track additional cost in collaboration with sales departments for change order of contracts.
Report to the technical manager of the organization.
Requirements

Experience in Windows, Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Strong team player
High level of cooperative solution finding method thinking.

Knowledge / Skills
Fluent English and Chinese
Experience in Windows, Microsoft Office
