1.现金、银行存款的保管和准确支付
2.开具国内外销售发票，外管局进出口核销
3.收到货款及时通知相关人员
4.增值税发票开具与装订
5.每月各项税务报表申报（增值税纳税申报表，出口退税申报表，企业所得税申报表，地方各项税费申报表等
6.及时正确编制会计凭证
7.每月统计报表的申报
8.每周做好现金流的预测，确保公司有足够的流动资金满足生产经营之需
9.关注外汇汇率的波动， 选择恰当的时机购进外汇用于支付总部货款
10.审核差旅招待费用的报销
11.负责会计凭证的整理及装订
12. 其他由主管安排的工作
- Cash,bank deposit custody and accurate payment.
- Issuance of domestic & foreign sales invoices, safe verification of import and export
- Received the payment to promptly notify the relevant personnel.
- Invoice drawing up and binding
- Monthly tax report (the declaration of value-added tax & tax refund,enterprise income tax return, local tax return and others )
- Timely and correct accounting voucher Required qualifications
- Monthly statistic report.
- Manage cash flow and monitor cash balance to ensure sufficient cash is available to support normal business operation.
- Take care of exchange rate fluctuation, choose the right time to purchase foreign
currency to pay for the headquarter.
- Verify travelling and entertainment expenses
- Bindling for accounting voucher
- Other tasks assigned by finance supervisor.
