岗位描述：

1、起草和审查各类海运业务合同

2、安排装货前船东货物检验

3、安排船舶责任保险

4、监督整个海运操作过程，为船舶营运过程中的突发性问题及时提供法律支持

5、处理海上货物索赔

6、处理船舶租约纠纷

7、船舶滞期费的计算与索赔

8、为公司各部门提供日常法律咨询、定期法务培训



要求：

1、年龄40岁以下

2、海事院校海商法专业全日制本科以上学历

3、精通海商法

4、了解国际航运实务，熟悉租船合同、货物运输合同、海上保险

5、不少于两年的国际航运类法律法务工作经验，有处理货物索赔、租约纠纷的经验。如有一定实习经验，特别优秀的海商法本硕应届毕业生亦可考虑

6、具备较强的法律逻辑思维能力和良好的法律谈判技巧

7、出色的英语听说读写应用
Job Description

To draft, review and check all kinds of business contract
To arrange ship owner's pre-loading cargo survey
To manage the vessel insurance
To give legal support in whole business process
To maintain claim system in terms of efficiency and accuracy, including the claims based on cargos, chartering parties, and etc.
To provide legal service for whole company, organize regular training programs for business departments


Requirement

Under 40 years old
Education background: marine university/college graduate, bachelor degree or above, major in Maritime Law
Proficiency in maritime law
Master basic knowledge of international shipping business, well-know in the chartering party, cargo shipping contract and marine insurance
At least two years work experience in the field of international shipping as legal professional, having practical experience in handling cargo claim or chartering contract dispute. The outstanding graduates with relevant training or working experience also will be considered.
Having strong legal logical thinking and good negotiation skills
Excellent in English, both oral and written
