An experienced billing issue and AR process who could build up, develop and carry out activities for BU Aisa AR issue. In the team of to work as a performance contributor to plant controlling and plant management

1. Ideally we have a strong deal with billing issue in place first
2. The GL supervior will recruit her team
3. Should be able to be comfortable to work mostly in the shop floor and have close interface with shop floor team and AR related position

The position incumbent ensures, that

• Responsibility for daily sales billing related business include series sales, prototype sales, service and tooling sales supporting sort out and SAP billing;

负责日常系统开票数据单据整理和系统开票流程优化，包括样件,量产件，服务费和模具开票。

• Responsibility for dunning logistic team to provide billing details and support AR accountant monitor and reduce delivery without billing list;

负责日常物流开票事宜对接，协助应收账款会计监督跟踪已发货未开票订单,减少发货未开票金额

• Assist AR accountant reconcile balance with customer frequently, build good communication with customer and reduce AR balance;

协助应收账款会计完成客户对账，建立良好开票和应收追款对接

• Assist AR accountant improve AR process, optimize EETS & BU Asia billing and issue VAT invoice process and establish visual management;

协助应收账款会计改善应收账款流程，梳理EETS和BU Asia开票流程， 建立和视觉化标准化流程

• Together AR accountant create AR process internal control;

协助应收账款会计建立应收账款内控流程

• AR accountant backup and support monthly and yearly closing;

协助支持应收账款会计相关工作，支持销售相关月结年结

• Ad hoc finance issue from supervisor and director

完成财务主管及部门领导布置的其他财务相关工作

Requirement Profile

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting
• Experience with SAP preferred or similar ERP
• Automotive industry background a strong plus
• Experience in a multinational company a strong plus
• Excellent at excel skills
• English: CET 4, fluent at both oral and written
• Close to work with colleagues on the production shop floor

Interpersonal Competence:

• Strong communication skills
• Can work under pressure
• High sense for responsibility and team player for plant management
• Friendly, flexible and open-minded and enjoy working with diverse people in an international environment.
