Core tasks:

- Responsibility Industry Fastening dealer China , its key accounts and the product group Industry Fastening as well as responsibility for existing Industry Fastening dealers in Asia and the development of new markets / Industry Fastening dealers in Asia

- Network setup with key players (OEM's in China)

- Implementation of machine approvals (listing of Industry Fastening products with the OEM's)

- Observation of competition and identification of market trends Customer requirements

- KnowHow Transfer to/from the customer

- CRM database with all relevant OEM customers

Requirement:

1.Vocational training and/or studies with a technical or sales background

2.Driving licence for passenger cars; willingness to travel nationally / internationally (approx. 60%)

3.English & Chinese 

4.At least 3-5 years of KAM work experience in the Sales Automotive or Screwdriving Technology

5. Intercultural Competence

- Experience with German companies

- Sales experience and understanding of trading models

- Good MS-Office and CRM knowledge

- Experience in screwdriving technology/automotive

- Technical sales
