Responsibility / 工作职责：
1. Responsible for the research and development of new motor and type selection, complete the motor development on time.
负责马达的研发与选型，及时完成马达部分的开发工作。
2. Take charge of compile the data which is related to motor, prepare the specification book, drawing, BOM and so on.
负责开发设计相关的资料，准备相关的规格书，图纸和BOM文件。
3. During the development process, responsible for the motor test arrangement and test result analysis
负责开发过程中，相关试验及测试的推进及试验结果的分析。
4. Take charge of the mass production import for new motor product.
负责新产品马达的量产导入工作。
5. Take charge of motor part cost down and localization
负责马达部件的降本及本地化。
6. Responsible for technical support to customers、dealers and other departments.
负责对客户、经销商和其他部门的技术支持。
7. Other R&D related jobs and other duties set by the R&D Manager.
其他研发相关工作以及研发部经理布置的其它工作。

Requirement / 能力要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in machinery manufacture or integrated mechanism and eclecticism.
        本科及以上学位，机械或机电一体化专业
2. Familiar with AC motor and DC motor related specifications and requirements of design
熟悉交流及直流马达相关技术及相关设计要求
3. 5 Years working experience or above in related fields, and master in using related design software.
至少5年以上相关工作经历，并熟练运用相关设计软件。
4. Experience on motor development of power tools is preferred
         具有电动工具马达研发的经验优先。
5. Good written and spoken English, and must pass the CET4
         英语读写流利,通过CET 4
6. Good interpersonal skills and team player
        良好的人际沟通能力和团队精神。
