Responsibilities:
Responsible for production planning, including production plan and production order fulfillment to satisfy customer order, raw and semi-finished material requirement planning.
Customer order confirmation and ensure on time delivery.
Balance customer demand and production capacity in middle and long term periods.
Coordinate among related functions for urgent and short-term customer demand, or find alternative solutions technically.
Monitor customer forecast and order demand in a dynamic business environment to control inventory into lowest level, overall control of inventory for raw, semi-finished and finished materials.
Maintain customer satisfaction onto a company target level.
Create order combination for raw material requirement.
Excess and obsolete stock rework or other dispose.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Personality:
Education background in metal material or heat-treatment engineering or related subjects.
Professional experience (min. 5 years) with manufacturing, ideally heat-treatment, cold rolling production.
Working experience in steel companies / institutes such as Baosteel, etc.
Experience of production planning or material planning of heat-treatment, or cold rolling coils production, or related functions.
Experience or knowledge of demand planning and capacity planning in desired steel company, or material stock and inventory management.
Good communication skills
Good working attitude, self motivation, can work under pressure
