- Inbound receiving daily communication & operation.
- Shipment planning and coordination.
70%:
- Daily SAP shipments error fixing (OR/LA/GR).
- Daily OR ASN creation for all shipments.
- SAP freight cost validation for X Dock shipments.
- Other daily SAP relevant operation.
10%:
- Inbound Receiving relevant reports.
5%:
- Others. (Exceptions handling).
MINIMUM RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:
More than 2 years working experience in Logistics is preferred
Fashion, retail or similar company working experience is preferred
Good knowledge and experience in Logistics
SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
MINIMUM SKILLS:
Technical: Good computer/Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
Communication/Language: Good personal skills and strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
Management/Leadership (if applicable):
Other: Hardworking, self-motivated, careful, patient, high sense of responsibility and having strong desire to learn, willing to develop his/her career in the logistics field.
PHYSICAL & TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT: Specific tools, technologies, substances, hazards or protective equipment needed to perform the job and the approximate percentage of time spent on each.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Incumbents generally must be able to, with or without accommodation, have the proficient use of both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination. This may include vision (near, far, color, glare control), hearing (auditory attention, sound localization), speech, strength, agility, dexterity, flexibility, steadiness or reaction time.
