岗位职责

1. Troubleshoots and repair machine malfunctions

    检查并维修机器故障。

2. Locates and repairs hydraulic and mechanical problems

    找出并维修液压、机械方面的问题。

3. Assists machine operators in line changeovers.

    负责机械方面的调整以支持生产变化。

4. Assists to finish job of rebuild equipment in machinery

    负责生产设备机械方面的升级改造提出合理意见。

5. Provides training to maintenance and operators

    为维修部和操作工提供相关培训。

6. Ensures the quality of jobs to improve product quality. Prevent and correct those actions that may affect quality

    为提高生产质量服务，预防并修正可能影响质量的行为。

7. Actively involved in any kinds of teams

    融入团队。

8. Conduct the preventative maintenance activity

    负责设备自主维护和预防性维护标准的编制、指导执行。

9. Make sure equipment is safe to operate

    确保设备安全可靠。

10. Completes work orders on time

     按时完成任务。工装的保养及维护.

11. Hold the capability to operate and adjust all the manufacturing equipment.

     制定合理的生产设备备件的控制方案。

任职要求：

1. 中技以上学历，电气机械相关专业

2. 3年以上加工行业电气机械维修经验，熟悉工装模具,有钳工证,有电工证

3. 能看懂机械及电气图纸

4. 若学历低于中技，须有10年以上维修经验

5. 能接受翻班、加班等工作要求
