职位描述
- For our Industry Sector in Taicang,we are looking for a RIC Officer.
What are my responsibilities?
Risk and internal control (RIC)
- To organize the internal training / workshop of RIC basic methodology;
- To perform applicability analysis and CRC nomination;
- To organize the internal training of RIC self assessment and detail assessment, to assist the CRCs to perform self assessment, and work as the independent assessor during detail assessment;
- To identify the deficiency in internal controls and processes of the company and report to management;
- To act as the interface with SLC I RIC and the company;
- To support RIC-related internal audit or on-site review."
Circular management
- To perform applicability analysis;
- To adopt SLC / NEA circulars by memos and upload to NEA circular server;
- To feedback to SLC I RIC on monthly basis;
- To follow up the implementation status."
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- To organize the ERM workshop on annually basis;
- To collect, summarize and rate the business-related risks and opportunities;
- To communicate with management about the final reported risks and opportunities;
- To report to I MT on quarterly basis.
Company Balance Score Card (BSC)
- To prepare the monthly BSC;
- To collect the initiatives and monitor the implementation status."

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Understanding of internal controls and processes
- Communication and coordination skills
- Financing (Balance sheet, Cash Flow and P&L statement)
- Accounting principles (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP, Chinese GAAP)
- Good English
- Bachelor of economics or finance related
- Reporting methods
- Presentation skills
- Understanding of Siemens business strategies and processes
- Consolidating
